What is the process to get my licence?
Take the class, pass the test, pay for your license at the exam center after passing the test. Successful completion of the class is state mandated prior to testing.
Where do I take the test?
There are five authorised test centers: Boston, Lawrence, Auburn, Fall River and West Springfield Book your exam here.
How long is the class?
Is the class taught by a live instructor?
The class is taught by Jack Gately, an approved real estate school instructor and Massachusetts real estate broker. The instructor is always present in the virtual classroom. Four lessons are live taught, four lessons are on demand with live chat support.
Do I need prior knowledge of the real estate industry?
The class is designed to take you through the complete state mandated curriculum, no prior real estate knowledge is required.
What do I need to bring?

After I complete the class, how long do I have to pass the exam?
So, I sign up for the exam separately from the school?
Yes. As of April 1, 2016 the Massachusetts real estate salesperson exam is administered by PSI Exams on behalf of the Commonwealth. Candidates should visit psiexams.com or call 800 733-9267. Our school code is: #1287 .
Where can I learn more or get the Candidate Handbook?
I had a Massachusetts real estate license many years ago, can I reinstate that license or do I need to start all over again?
If you are listed in the state database, then most likely all you need to do is complete this form. Highly likely you'll also need to do 12 hours of continuing education, we offer it for FREE here.
I missed a class, what should I do?
Consult calendar on the webinar page, you’ll be invited to all webinars until complete.
I would like to re-take some or all of the class, what do I do?
Email school staff to request an invite, you are more than welcome to re-take any of the 8 lessons, as long as another student is taking the lesson for the first time.
